Roles and Responsibilities

The roles & responsibilities involved with the Farm, Guest House, Director’s maintenance, and personal accounting. We feel a HR background resource would be better for maintaining the rolodex, coordination with finance on payments for various accounts and report to management with auditors etc.

  • Candidate must Have working Exp in MS-Excel, Ms-word, Power Point, Tally.
  • Good Communication Skills, Presentation skills.
  • Co-ordinate with Sr. Management activities.
  • Having driving License, Two-wheeler.
  • Job Type: Full time, Permanent Opportunities.
  • male or female preferred.

A Finance Executive typically supports the finance department by handling day-to-day financial operations. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Financial Data Entry: Recording daily financial transactions like invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assisting in Financial Reporting: Helping prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Managing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collections.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring that bank statements align with the company’s financial records.
  • Budgeting Assistance: Supporting the creation of budgets and monitoring expenditure.
  • Expense Management: Recording and tracking employee expenses and reimbursements.
  • Audit Support: Assisting in internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Data Analysis: Helping analyze financial data to support decision-making.
  • Support Senior Finance Executives: Performing ad hoc tasks as required by senior team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
