Leasing Consultant

Job Summary:

Ambo Properties is looking for an Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and a passion for customer service.

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the property
• Assist with leasing and leasing staff
• Assist with troubleshooting issues that arise during occupancy
• Maintain contact lists, ensure tenants are contacted when maintenance is scheduled
• Respond to tenant questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance needs, any upgrades or other requests
• Maintain a clean and organized property according to our Core Values of Respect, Respect, Respect, Respect, Policies and Procedures
• Follow all applicable health and safety laws and standards including but not limited to OSHA, HOA, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team depending on the needs of the property
