Team Sledd has a possible opening for a position in our Information Technology department at our distribution center in Wheeling, WV. This position offers a Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 pm schedule with weekends off. The average work week is 40 hours, with potential for overtime. The entry-level pay rate for this position is $15 per hour, depending on experience and placement.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY FOR AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY POSITION:

Responsibilities include providing support and troubleshooting issues for our network, telephone system, servers, personal computers, and printers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FOR AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY POSITION:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to set up computer equipment and install software.
• Knowledge of the IBM iSeries
• Knowledge of wired and wireless networks.
• Provide computer support/training for employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned*

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY POSITION:

• Post secondary education or certifications a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work closely with fellow employees and management.
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
• Ability to recognize priorities and follow through.
• Must pass a background and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
