ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answers phone regarding shortages, overages, pick-ups, and orders.
Keys into computer all credits and pick-ups.
Sends out mail to sales representatives and merchandisers daily.
Entering driver route trip reports.
Working directly with the sales staff to help assist in various tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of customer service relations experience.
Knowledge of excel.
Experience with computers and 10-key required.
Ability to lift 15-25 pounds on occasion.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills preferred.
