WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
Our installation team receives a competitive hourly pay between $30 - $35 an hour along with excellent benefits, including :

As a full-time Lead Installer, you typically work from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, with occasional weekends and evenings . You also enjoy a slightly later start on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning at 8 : 00 AM !

As a Lead Installer, your day starts with quickly checking your company vehicle, ensuring it's ready to roll. You review your supervisor's instructions for the day and gather your crew, setting the tone for a productive and professional work site. Throughout the day, you're the go-to person, confidently running jobs from start to finish, handling paperwork, and ensuring everything stays on budget. You maintain strong relationships with builders, co-workers, and subcontractors while keeping customers satisfied with your expertise and professionalism. Whether it's training new team members, addressing tool issues, or wrapping up job packets, you take pride in delivering top-notch results with a positive attitude and polished appearance.
