Retention Specialist Position Summary
The Retention Specialist is responsible for the coordination of events in the medical centers to retain members. The Retention Specialist must ensure that the medical center is providing a safe and engaging environment for seniors, with the goal of patient retention.
Retention Specialist Essential Job Functions

- Retain patients by organizing events, keeping them healthy, happy and returning to American Care.
- Coordination and setting up of events at the center
- Working together with the Outreach department to come up with events and host events
- Hosting/Teaching the necessary events (i.e. Arts and Crafts, Bingo, Dominoes, etc.) at the center.
- Educate patients and potential members about American Care.
Retention Specialist Required Education and Experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Relevant or any other job-related vocational coursework.
