Who WE are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for informing, guiding, and advising employees on benefit matters related to eligibility and coverage. You will maintain accurate benefit records, ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping, and accurately calculate time off. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of leave administration.

What is expected of YOU:
In this role, you will manage leave requests, ensure eligibility, and communicate with employees about their leave and modified work schedules. You will support FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation leave processes, advise on the interaction of leave laws with benefits, and calculate supplemental pay. You will coordinate with HR, payroll, and management teams, track FMLA claims, and oversee return-to-work processes. You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, maintain confidentiality, and audit records for accuracy. Additionally, you will streamline leave systems, update materials, assist with benefit projects, and support other HR duties as needed
Experience YOU will need:
- Human Resources experience preferred or related field or equivalent experience
- Prefer 2 years previous benefit related experience. Leaves of absence / Accommodations are a plus!
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, LOA).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
