What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at American Remodeling Corp.?
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for development, implementation and oversight of marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement and brand awareness for American Remodeling Corp. and its social media accounts. This role requires creative thought to execute campaigns in a measurable fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development
-Create and implement creative trackable strategies to reach, new and previous customers alike
Lead Generation
-Run and maintain all contractor portals and the leads they provide
-Source new lead generation programs for our priority services
-Call and contact all previous customers, to constantly work the data base
Reviews
-Manage all review platforms, make sure they are up to date and respond to customers
-Contact our data base of completed jobs to garner more reviews and offer assistance after recently completed projects
Digital Marketing
-Manage the website, SEO and social media platforms
-Develop paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube etc.)
-Oversee, text and email marketing for CRM campaigns
Content Creation & Social Media Management
-Keep social media platforms up to date with customer engagement
Campaign Analysis
-Monitor and maintain a detailed record of marketing expenses to provide insight on campaign success
Event Planning
-Promote our involvement in home shows and the community
Qualifications
Education/Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Minimum 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in home improvement or construction.
Skills
-Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy creation
-Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
-Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM management and marketing drip campaigns
-Creativity in platforms for social media, email and text campaigns
Working Conditions
-Full time in office
-Occasional travel to jobsites for social media and website material
-Office hours 8am-4pm M-F
Compensation
-Competitive Salary to be negotiated based on experience starting @ a minimum of $40,000 plus bonuses and commissions
