Excavation Operator

American Rooter is a trusted leader in water and sewer line repairs, committed to providing top-quality service to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Excavation Operator to join our team and contribute to our growing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a mini excavator to dig and repair water and sewer lines efficiently and safely.
• Perform excavation, trenching, and backfilling in compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Tow and transport excavation equipment as needed.
• Work on outside water and sewer line repairs, ensuring proper installation and restoration.
• Adhere to job site safety procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate with team members to complete jobs in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside water and sewer line repairs.
• Proficiency in operating a mini excavator and other excavation equipment.
• Experience with towing and transporting excavation equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
