Lead Generation
- Manages assigned sales representatives’ sales/daily activity reports generated through CRM.
- Research identifies and qualifies targeted regional/individual account prospects in specific geography or vertical market segment.
- Interacts with prospects to understand their current and future commercial roofing strategy and business requirements.
- Acts as subject matter expert on AWS products and systems, specifically pricing and installation.
- Prepare sales representatives and customers for sales presentations that address the prospective client’s needs and leads to the establishment of new accounts and opportunities.
- Update, in live time, spreadsheets for tracking prospects and new accounts.
Sales
- Follow Up on prospects and approved contractors in CRM.
- Processes all sales.
- Sells the organization’s products and services to clients, including any new programs or services implemented or developed. Includes marketing where available.
- Responds to customer requests for Information, such as Technical Calls, Freight Estimates, Material Estimates, Sample Requests, Adhesion Test Kits, Literature Requests, System Boards, etc.
- Possesses the ability to use current sales tools and offer suggestions on how to enhance these sales tools.
- Responsible for retention of existing customers.
- Keep up with warehouse Inventory of wet/dry samples, literature, and packaging materials.
- Credit Department
- Update, in live time, Contractor App Log and CRM.
- Process Applications: Follow the Contractor Application Process to approval status.
- Prepare and send out New Contractor Welcome Boxes.
Qualifications
Three month experience in sales and lead generation; must possess a strong work ethic and time management skills; be reliable with attendance; possess the ability to learn the Roofing Industry, including competitive offerings and market trends; professional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and, sales presentation skills; possess the ability to support multiple sales initiates concurrently; working knowledge of Microsoft CRM, Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); and be able to work on interdepartmental teams to achieve company goals.
