Position Description:
The responsibility of this customer service team member will be handling day to day interactions with financial professionals and responding to service related inquires. Field telephone calls and customer inquiries while addressing and resolving customer issues related to administering and implementing products sold by our field offices. Contribute to the daily operations of regulatory compliance.
Position Location:
This is a hybrid role working partially in office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.
What you do:
- Support service delivery for multiple products using multiple systems.
- Communicate by phone or written correspondence with account holders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer general questions, process transactions, and resolve issues.
- Follow departmental processes to process transactions, respond to inquiries, and provide information and solutions to customers.
- Maintain a broad understanding of various financial services products features and limitations, industry/regulatory terms, and product related statements.
What you bring:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Intermediate or above level proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft Office products, and typing required.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration desired, but not required.
