RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating job postings
- Contacting potential candidates and conducting phone interviews
- Conduct In-person interviews of selected candidates
- Selecting good candidates that meet the customers’ requirements
- Creating submittals to Account Managers
- Assisting and educating candidates on proper interviewing
- Coordinate onboarding of New Hires
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Must be organized and possess good time management skills
- Must be an effective communicator
