Role Overview
As Creative Director, you’ll work closely with the Director of Client Success to oversee and create projects for various clients, primarily within the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Brand Development: Crafting and evolving brands that resonate with our clients’ mission and audience.
- Creative Assets: Producing sales and advertising collateral, website interfaces, publication designs, and presentation materials (slide decks, conceptual presentations).
- Upholding Quality: Ensuring that all creative work meets Telos Creative’s mission of delivering “high-tech, high-touch, and high-class marketing.”
- Quality Checking: Responsible for reviewing and critiquing off-site designer’s work and ensuring it meets the objectives of our clients, and the high-quality standards of our agency.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who have:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with G-Suite tools
- Familiarity with project management software such as Monday, Asana, or Click-Up
- Strong attention to detail and experience with print design, including long-form publications
- Previous experience in an agency or start-up environment, and an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in brand strategy and development, and the ability to communicate concepts to both cross-functional teams and clients
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the real estate industry (brokerages, commercial or residential real estate, land development, mortgage, etc.)—though not required, this will move you to the top of our list
- Understanding of marketing methodologies like Inbound Marketing or the StoryBrand framework
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management
- Experience working with high-production printers and setting up files for prepress
- Knowledge of front-end UX/UI design principles and ability to communicate creative concepts to web developers

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
