What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Patient Care Services - Hospice position at AMI Network, Inc.?
Job Description
My favorite Home Health and Hospice Network to work for is looking for a compassionate and dynamic Director of Patient Care Services (Director of Nursing) to lead their Hospice.
Leading a team of other nurses in the Hospice setting is already a huge accomplishment so congrats and thank you for your work! This role is with an amazing and successful organization, with a net census of 1,000 and 5 locations across California. We've helped several other RN's get hired here, and have consistently gotten fantastic feedback about the warm, compassionate culture that cares deeply about making end of life experiences for patients and families as comfortable as possible, and this same mentality carries through to the way they treat their team.
While reporting to an on-site Administrator, the DPCS serves as the strongest point of clinical leadership, and has a wide degree of autonomy to develop and support the team.
