Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to the below. Other duties may be assigned.
- New Hire Orientations Responsible for managing all Day One and New Hire Paperwork (I-9 verification, insurance enrollment, Employment and Confidentiality Agreements, etc.)
- Creates Job Descriptions
- Responsible for job sourcing
- Backs up Recruiter in conducting phone interviews and interview scheduling
- Responsible for report-outs of recruiting data : Turnover

Non-Traditional Recruiting Practices
Compensation & Benefits :
Create and distribute Annual Benefit Letter, Summary Plan Descriptions, and Benefit Guide
Communicate and distribute benefit updates to employees
Safety :
Share best practices, Near Miss opportunities, OSHA recordable incidents with company
Responsible for documentation of OSHA recordable incidents
Manages Safety Shoe program and invoices
Organizes safety and health screenings (i.e.,audiometric exams) as needed
Performance Management :
Maintain Professionalism
Project a professional and courteous demeanor when communicating with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and vendors.
Technology Skills : Position requires ability to understand and utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with an ERP highly preferred.
Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in related field (Human Resources) required, Master's degree or PHR certification preferred. A minimum of three years' experience in a Human Resources field (recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and development).
Requirements : Valid driver's license required. Position requires travel for branch needs.
