Case Manager I

As a Case Manager, you will manage customer cases including, but not limited to, processing life insurance applications, underwriting support, and carrier communications. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, fast learners, diligent and are willing to go the extra mile to help advisors and clients get the job done. We will provide training, support, and tools for you to be successful. This role is fully remote and is positioned to have plenty of future leadership and career advancement opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the new submission queue: checking the pre-approval for accuracy and completion when the agent submits it.
- Complete the application on behalf of the client with accuracy, uploading necessary documents to google drive.
- Communicate to the agent and let them know what all is needed in order to move forward.
- Manage a queue that has missing information from the agent that is needed to submit.
- Work with agents to get information and submit applications.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Project Management experience
- 2 years of Customer Service/Support experience
- Incredibly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Team player, proven track record working collaboratively in team settings and cross-functionally
- Possess basic personal finance and insurance knowledge and have a desire to enhance your knowledge and skills in life insurance
