Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant (open-ended contract position with possibility of going full-time)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary/Payrate: $55-75K/year W2 or $30-40/hr 1099
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days/week in office). Days in the office can fluctuate based on schedule of partners.
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday
Term: Contract (open ended contract with possibility of going full-time)
Bachelor Degree required: HIGHLY Preferred
Referral Fee: $500 - Refer qualified colleague, friends, or family.

Job Description
Provides administrative support to three partners. Answers phones, creates and/or types Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, tracks data, processes invoices, maintains department files, schedules meetings, etc.
