Amwood Homes has mastered the art of component building over the past 55 years. We are the Midwest's leading residential component building manufacturer with locations in Wisconsin and Iowa. Specifically, our Eastern Iowa/Northern IL territory is in need of a Regional Sales/Construction Manager.
As part of our Regional Sales/Construction Team, you would:
· Visit the builder on a regular basis to maintain and grow our customer relationships by:
- Educating builder with the Amwood Homes process.
- Educate builder with our BuilderTrend software tool to manage jobs and communications.
- Handle builder complaints and issues in the field.
- Obtain feedback from builders on how to improve our processes and product to assist them in becoming more profitable.
· Observe on-site all sets in your territory.
- Perform as liaison between the builder and Plant Manager, as needed, on any set issues
· Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, communities, and demographics. One way to do this is to be active in area builder associations.
· Generate referrals and leads (builders and set teams) through face-to-face marketing at community events and other opportunities to engage with potential customers and positively represent our company
· Work closely with our VP of Marketing to develop new and trending collateral for the Regional Sales Manager team
· Build relationship with production team to support the development of processes that are easy, efficient, and clear for our builders from order submission to job site completion.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
