As an SQA Engineer at Analogic, you will play a crucial role in the final evaluation of software developed for our state-of-the-art Computed Tomography (CT) based products. These advanced systems are integral to airport automated baggage handling systems and are deployed in airports around the world.
The SQA engineer will provide support to the software quality engineering team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with the software product manager and the lead software quality engineer to ensure test considerations are developed in the early phases of a project.
- Attend software design reviews and status meetings
- Write Test Cases and where applicable, participate in test automation
- Responsible for final evaluation of all software content for computed tomography (CT) based security products. Conducts appropriate testing for software products.
Qualifications:
- Four-year undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering or other relevant technical degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environment
- Proven experience with a successful software components and products
- Knowledge of Linux, Python, C/C
- Knowledge of Java, QT, Squish, Accurev, Jama and Jira a plus
