The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the biobank, ensuring efficient sample management and regulatory compliance. This role involves technical expertise, organizational skills, and leadership to support the biobank’s operational goals and maintain high standards in data integrity and safety.

What you will do…
Manage the intake, storage, and organization of biological samples, ensuring proper temperature controls.
Monitor dashboards to track adherence to biobank commitments and ensure accurate reporting.
Troubleshoot technical challenges, identify sample rejection criteria, and communicate findings to the Biobank Manager.
Lead daily team activities, propose process improvements, and oversee the execution of biobank projects.
Operate and maintain sophisticated equipment while ensuring compliance with SOPs, ISO 9001 standards, and OSHA training guidelines.
Who you are…
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2 years in biological materials handling or warehouse operations management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 certification requirements and basic OSHA training for workplace safety.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and verbal / written communication abilities.
Previous leadership experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks involving sitting or standing for extended periods.

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position : $70,560 - $80,640 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
