Anchored Executive Search is helping a new client of ours find a rockstar Nursing Home Administrator in Houston, Texas.


  • Current region is 6 SNF's, all within about 1.5-2 hours of Houston - total bed count is 670
  • Current region consists of Regional MDS, Regional BOM, Regional Nurse Consultant
  • My client has owned these buildings for 2 years and has done very well
  • Respected CEO with a ton of experience in Skilled Nursing but looking to had the reigns off for someone to run the day to day Operations as the buildings are now stable
  • Really looking for a true operator that can operate with autonomy
  • Base salary is 175k to 225k with bonuses, good health insurance and PTO
  • Must live in Texas!
