Lead the Charge in Pricing Strategy & Execution!
Our client are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Truckload Pricing to join their growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing winning pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Pricing Leadership: Develop and implement pricing strategies across all domestic truckload operations.
- Customer Focus: Manage the entire bid process, from RFIs/RFPs to contract negotiations and award management.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and industry insights to optimize pricing and maximize profitability.
- Technology Expertise: Work with the technology team to enhance pricing tools and improve operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of recent truckload pricing experience in a 3PL environment.
- Proven experience with truckload market dynamics and pricing strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Experience with data analytics tools preferred.
- McLeod experience required.
- Four Kites and Project 44 software experience a plus.
