Position Title : Program Coordinator II, Admissions Processes
Department or Program : Counseling (Division III)
Classification : Staff – Full Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to : Divisional Administrative Director
Location : Remote, with the ability to travel to campuses and other locations
Compensation : Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The typical hiring range for this position is : $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator II provides comprehensive and integrative oversight for all admissions processes for Division III in the Counseling, Psychology, Therapy (CPT) School, and facilitates the admissions process, coordinating and strategizing student onboarding and orientation. The Coordinator analyzes processes and strategically implements continuous improvements. The Coordinator partners with the administrative team, students, faculty, and other university offices as needed. Programs include, but are not limited to : CMHC MA in person Keene, CMHC MA Online / low residency, School Counseling, CMHC Art Therapy Concentration, CMHC Drama Therapy Concentration, CMHC MA in person Seattle, CES PhD.

This is a full-time position serving a national university. A work schedule will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
