The Role
We are seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to assist with daily customer order shipping, fulfillment center needs, inventory, and regular supply checks.
Your primary responsibilities are to provide stellar support for our online customers through accurate fulfillment operations. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy
- Process customer orders and tasks necessary for order management including placing orders and updating order status through Shopify
- Assisting colleagues and other employees with administrative duties
- Assist with counting and quality inspecting new and existing inventory
- Stocking the Fulfillment center with materials daily
- Performing accurate company-required record-keeping
- Communicating with team members regularly regarding customer needs or concerns
- Assist with engraving rings and other customer products
- Experience with warehouse logistics, preferably e-commerce pick-pack-ship processes
- Comfortable with technology, we run on all web-based systems
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds, and be on your feet most of the day

Required Skills and Experience
- 1 yrs work experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Must have excellent computer skills, with a strong understanding Shopify, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Teams along with experience with Gorgias preferred.
- Previous shipping and packaging experience and Shopify experience preferred

Education:
- Must have HS diploma or equivalency. Associates or BA/BS degree preferred
