GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Board of Directors at the Mahi Ko at Waikele is looking for a qualified Full time Resident Manager to manage 228 Unit Town House Condominium Property called the Mahi Ko at Waikele, Lumiaina Street, Waipahu, HI 96797. The Resident Manager must be able to manage and oversee projects onsite as well as the overall maintenance and property and contractors that may be on property at times. Must attend the monthly Board meetings.
REPORTS TO: The Resident Manager reports to the Board of Directors of the Mahi Ko at Waikele and the Management Executive.

- Interact effectively with a range of individuals including, homeowners, residents, Board of Directors, contractors, Management Executives, staff and others ensuring that interactions are handled in a courteous, professional, respectful and productive manner.
- Demonstrate high integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality on AOAO Board of Director and homeowner matters.

- Must be able bodied and physically fit in order to accomplish all tasks, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Resident Manager may be frequently required to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time; work on ladders above ground; use hands to grip, handle, feel and reach with or without tools; and occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Also, one’s general senses (sight, smell, hearing, touch, and taste) should be of good health for personal safety and operation of tools and equipment.
- Daily tasks will frequently require the Resident Manager to be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and varying noise levels, usually moderate but may be high from use of power tools.
Education and Experience
Minimum requirements: Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, house rules.
- Ability to write routines reports and correspondences.
- Ability to fill in the violation citation forms and send the violations citation to the owners. Monitor to ensure that all violations on property are enforced till completed and in a timely manner.
- Must have an understanding and knowledge of a wide range hand/power tools, weed and lawn trimmer equipment.
Computer Skills
Minimum Requirement: Must have knowledge and ability to use a computer and basic programs like; Microsoft Word and Excel, email, and the internet.
