The Mission
Supervise all activities in the North America warehouse HUB which include outgoing packaging, picking, shipping, receiving and cycle counting. Ensure inventory accuracy and on time performance be maintained at the highest standards by monitoring and coordinating the warehouse job functions as stated above.
Primary Role Accountabilities:
Supervise all warehouse functions:
- Component Kitting
- Receiving
- Shipping/ Traffic logistics
- Cycle Count activity
- Perpetual inventory adjustments and transfers
- Key account repackaging
- Manufacturing product packaging
- Material staging and put-away
- Returns logistics
Traffic Management:
- Coordinate with freight carriers all incoming and outgoing products from domestic and overseas suppliers.
- Schedule all truck pickups as required
- Review all cycle count discrepancies and investigate to determine the cause of variance. Approve and adjust all cycle count variances through NAV pending next level approval.
- Supervise all warehouse personnel and give annual employee reviews as well as maintain their weekly timecards through Paylocity.
Special Working Condition
- Must be able to drive a forklift and be licensed to do so.
- Must be able to lift packages up to 70 lbs.
- Hours must be flexible pending truck pick up schedules.
- Must be able to conduct most day-to-day activities with little on site supervision.
- Must understand international shipping requirements.

Desired Work Experience, Qualifications, & Sills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
- At least four years of related work experience is preferred
- Knowledge of APEM switch product line preferred
- Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
