Quality Assurance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting quality inspections, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance. The Quality Assurance Technician will work closely with production teams to maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Duties

• Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Utilize various measurement tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications.
• Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings, highlighting any deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including compliance records.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Support internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality management systems.

Skills

• Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions based on findings.
• Familiarity with quality control principles, including ISO 9001 and HACCP standards.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Quality Assurance: 1 year (Required)
• water filtration, reverse osmosis & membranes: 1 year (Preferred)
