Teaching:
The Department of Mathematics and Data Science at Aquinas College is seeking applicants for a full-time tenure-track faculty position to begin in August 2025. The ideal candidate would be committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching and would be able and willing to teach introductory mathematics courses and courses for mathematics majors. The standard teaching load is three 4-credit courses per semester. Candidates will also be expected to engage in scholarly pursuits, academic advising, student development, and service to the College.
Student advising and recruitment:
Advise undergraduates and participate in the recruitment of qualified students.
Scholarship:
Develop and maintain a program of research and scholarship that engages undergraduates.
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants who are qualified to teach geometry, although those with a PhD specializing in any field of mathematics are encouraged to apply.
