Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new accounts
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Develop and present customized hardware and software solutions.
- Provide expert customer support for product inquiries and issues.
- Leverage social media tools (LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, email marketing) to generate leads and expand our customer base.
- Participate in business development activities, including cold calling, customer referrals, and enhancing our online presence.
- Stay informed about current market products and participate in training to gain knowledge of our offerings.
- Obtain necessary certifications on specific products as required.
- Maintain CRM database and participate in weekly sales check-ins and scorecard reviews.

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
