- Closing Sales: Execute the final stages of the sales process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and securing customer commitments.
- Post-Sale Support: Maintain relationships with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- CRM Management: Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
