What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver SOUTHVALLEY position at ARCA?

We have a total of 14 individuals (2 homes) with developmental disabilities that need your help to live healthy, safe and fulfilling lives. Our staff rave about how joyful it is to work with our residents! They love to go for walks and enjoy creative activities with the staff such as making decorations for special holidays. Many individuals participate in Special Olympics and work at our La Paloma Greenhouses and grow beautiful plants for the community.
These residents are easy to get to know and need your help and support to live full lives. We are hiring full-time and part-time all shifts. No experience is needed! No GED required!
