The Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Manager and serve as a link between commercial, operations, and finance teams. Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Help with preparing monthly financial analyses, including variance explanations and basic trend identification.
- Month-End Close: Assist in financial reporting and month-end close activities.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Assist in identifying and addressing business challenges and opportunities by preparing data and analysis.
- Standard Cost Modeling: Support the maintenance of accurate cost data in J.D. Edwards.
- Operational Support: Gather and review data related to metrics like waste, rate, and efficiency to assist manufacturing operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide financial support for project tracking across different departments.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity and assist in using internal repositories and reporting tools.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc business analysis and engage in special projects as needed.
Financial Analyst Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a quantitative discipline.
- Experience:
- 2–5 years in a similar role.

- Skills:
