This position will provide technical outputs for the Small Molecule Analytical Sciences function within Arcus’ Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing organization. This onsite role will include laboratory testing responsibilities (non-GMP) in support of drug substance and drug product development.
This is a 1 year, 40 hour per week contract lab based 5 days a week in Hayward, CA. Seeking a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of developmental drug substance and drug product samples (primarily HPLC, GC, water content, dissolution)
- Opportunities for method development/qualification and mass spectrometry operation commensurate with experience
- Data processing and reporting of experimental details and results in laboratory notebook
Qualifications
- BS or MS in chemistry or related scientific discipline
- At least two years of relevant work experience preferred
- Prior experience in HPLC, GC, water content, and/or dissolution testing
- Prior experience in Waters Empower preferred
- Hands-on, positive attitude, open minded, and a willingness to learn
