What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant II position at Ardurra Group, Inc.?
Primary Function
In this role, you will work closely with our outside marketing company to produce marketing materials, assist in organizing campaigns, speak with clients to explain our legal services, gather client data and input it into our database.
Primary Duties
- Prioritizing and managing time sensitive deadlines
- Communicating verbally in a positive, friendly, and professional manner to encourage trusting relationships
- Drafting professional letters and emails
- Inputting information in database system using great attention to detail
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns
- Post online content on the firm's website and social media account
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
- Must have 5-10 years of experience in Marketing within the AEC industry
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
