Description
The Contract Coordinator will oversee assigned service lines. Maintain and grow network by negotiating and locating new opportunities within the network, as needed. Monitor daily and ensure assigned service lines are compliant and in accordance with Funder, Agency policies & procedures, and contractual guidelines. Conduct annual vendors assessment, and maintain all required documentation including but not limited to agreements, assessments, and corrective action documentation. Cultivate and maintain relationships by communicating with vendors frequently, providing technical support. Develop and host informational trainings that are relevant and engaging to assigned service lines.
Duties Include:
- Monitor vendor network for compliance and quality in accordance with contractual requirements and guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between the vendor and various departments to resolve issues/concerns. Provide technical support, coach and train. vendors to cultivate successful quality service providers and reduce compliance, quality and clinical concerns.
- Reviews trends, metrics and service delivery issues to identify areas for improvement, training opportunities, etc.
- Negotiate and recruit new vendors to maintain effective level of service providers.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to foster and maintain open, collaborative, and constructive relationships with co-workers and AAA 1-B leadership to achieve departmental and operational results.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree and 1-2 years related work experience in Contract/Vendor management and auditing, preferred 3-5 years of experience.
- Intermediate computer proficiency; including MS Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to type 40-45 wpm.
- Detail oriented and be able to meet rigorous deadlines.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, collaboration, negotiation, writing, organizational and interpersonal skills.
