Summary
Overall, Recruiting Advisors are responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. They work with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
Qualification Requirements
Position requires an individual with excellent organization and communication skills as he/she will be working with people from all levels of the organization, clients and candidates. Individual must be flexible in work schedule to accommodate business needs which may include occasional evening and weekend overtime work. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Minimum Qualifications
· 2 year Associate’s Degree preferred
· At least 1 year staffing, human resources or customer service experience preferred
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required including professional telephone etiquette
· Attention to detail. As we've recently written, attention to detail is not important for every position out there, but it's vital for recruiters

Essential Functions
· Oversee all aspects of the recruiting process for contract assignments to include screening applications or resumes, sourcing resumes and conducting interviews
· Complete reference checks, background checks and drug testing for potential candidates; may also set up any physical tests that are required by the client. Assist candidate with new hire paperwork and input information into staffing software system
· Work closely with WorkForce Unlimited clients in taking contract assignment orders and filling assignment orders with qualified candidates in a timely manner
· Continuously monitor worksites and contract placements to ensure a successful work relationship between client and contract employee
· Assist with the day to day office functions, to include but not limited to, answering telephones, greeting visitors and completing applicant packets
· Partner with Staffing Manager to ensure all contract placement orders are filled for the client
· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by manager
Physical Demands
Position may require individual to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel and reach
Work Environment
Normal office work conditions apply for this position: normal heating and cooling temperatures, operation of basic office machinery (copy machine, fax machine, computers and scanners), and normal exposure to noise such as office machinery, telephones and visitors in a busy office.
