Duties: In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a self-storage facility while remaining in compliance with all state and federal laws. Job duties include:
- Rent self-storage units and assist customers with selection
- Work closely with the Property Manager to achieve business goals
- Answer phone, make calls and respond to all customer requests
- Maintain accurate rental agreements and complete customer files
- Office administration - use of software, filing and interpreting reports
- Light maintenance such as cleaning units, pulling weeds, sweeping, mopping and minor repairs
- Daily walk throughs and security checks of the property
- Follow opening/closing and daily operational procedures
- Maintain, balance and reconcile daily financial transactions

What we require from you:
- Valid state issued driver license
- Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors
- General maintenance and light repair
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Requirements:
- Adept time management and communication skills
- 1 years of customer service excellence
- Self-storage or property management experience preferred
