Position Summary:
The HR Specialist is focused on talent acquisition and enhancing the employee experience. This position plays a crucial role in designing effective onboarding processes and providing support for personnel within the organization, particularly during the new hire stage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent who align with ARIS Solutions’ mission and values through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment processes, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews. Coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process focused on the candidate experience.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and talent sources to create a pipeline of quality applicants.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Collaborate with organizational leaders and team members to identify effective onboarding schedules and training to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for their roles.
- Assists with maintaining the Company Intranet
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
