Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization of project documentation and correspondence
- Input data and create custom manpower, productivity, and project financials reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls and transfer calls as appropriate
- Coordinate with client and subcontractor contacts
- Enter documentation into client contract system
- Assist with the submission of timesheets
- Receive and sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Organize and maintain site safety information
- Maintain and preserve an appropriate standard of professionalism and confidentiality
Required Skills
- Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, including proficient in verbal, reading, and writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate degree preferred
