What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales position at ARIZONA LABOR FORCE INC?
The Sales Representative is responsible for customer acquisition, sales, communicating with potential clients, sourcing potential clients, and following up on current customers needs. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for cold calling potential clients and handling consistent communication with the sales and branch locations.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Representative for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Use the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure accurate information is available with the company
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers
- Organize, develop, and manage a database of potential customers to contact.
- Report any customer suggestions, complaints or concerns
- Generate and submit weekly lead generation reports
- Work collaboratively with branch and sales staff.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 2 years of outside B2B field sales experience
- Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Products
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
