Position Overview

• This role requires deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage solutions to meet client s specific security and networking requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing IT infrastructure to identify opportunities for implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with clients' IT teams to ensure seamless integration and configuration of products.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployments to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after implementation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all deployment activities, configurations, and processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall project goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in networking and security, with at least 3 years focused on solutions.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall technologies, and web security principles.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions and concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other security products and technologies (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and configuration management.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security architecture and principles.
