Dermatology clinic seeking a friendly employee to join our team. Call center team lead is responsible for performing a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and performing routine duties within the clinic. This position is located in our North Little Rock office.

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of a call center representative:
- Welcomes patients and visitors via telephone.
- Has a contagious and positive work ethic.
- Schedules patient appointments by telephone according to schedule templates.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Scanning patient information into the EMR system.
- Makes answering patient phone calls a priority.
- Completes and schedules incoming referrals.
- Gather necessary demographic and insurance information from the patient to create and/or update the patient's medical record.
- Interacts with patients and staff in a manner that reflects favorably on our clinic and promotes teamwork.
- Overseeing daily operations of the call center.
- Set performance goals for you and your staff.
- Monitor customer interactions and address any complaints or escalated issues with solutions.
- Ability to coach and mentor staff.
- Maintain open communication with employees, managers, and other departments.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Great customer service.

- Knowledge of basic computer software, and the ability to learn electronic medical records.
