Arkansas Employment Career Center's mission is to assist individuals returning home from incarceration, veterans, homeless, young adults (18-30) not in school and can’t find employment, vocational rehabilitation, temporary assistance for needy families (TANF/TEA), SSDI/SSI and Food Stamps recipient.
The Call Center Representative contacts students through the Little Rock Call Center.

- Excellent telephone skills
- Excellent customer service
