What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Systems and Tools Analyst position at ARLANXEO?
ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for a Procurement Systems and Tools Analyst at our Pittsburgh Corporate office. This position is not open to full remote work and operates on a hybrid schedule.
The Procurement Systems and Tools Analyst position is expected to:
- Leverage expertise in Microsoft 365 applications to enhance Arlanxeo Procurement processes, ensuring efficient connection and synergies between procedures, systems, tools, reporting and KPIs.
- Design and implement solutions to automate and streamline existing activities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Work closely with the Procurement team to implement best practices and support digital transformation initiatives.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Application Management:
- Configure, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 applications relevant to Procurement, including but not limited to, SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, and Teams.
- Ensure applications are optimized for user needs and aligned with Procurement targets and internal KPIs.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Create and manage dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to track Procurement metrics, supplier performance, and compliance.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and processes.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing Procurement processes, systems (SAP & Coupa), and tools, and identify areas for improvement utilizing Microsoft 365 tools.

- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate collaboration within the Procurement team using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for project management and document sharing.

- User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training sessions and resources for Procurement staff on using Microsoft 365 applications effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application-related issues. Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in Procurement technology and Microsoft 365 applications.
In order to accomplish this, you will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support users at all levels of the function.
