Job Description: Aroma360 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing various initiatives, including new product launches and overseas expansion. You will work closely with the COO to ensure these projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, join all meetings for notetaking and departmental updates.

• Ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with established timelines.

New Product Launches:

• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, from concept to market introduction.

• Coordinate product development, packaging, and production with local and overseas vendors.

• Monitor product launch progress and address any issues or delays with full communication to all departments involved.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates to the President and executive team on project status, risks, and opportunities.

• Act as a liaison between different departments involved in project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the luxury lifestyle or fragrance industry.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus

Schedule:

• M-F 9am-6pm in our Wynwood, Miami location
• Medical, Dental and Vision
• 401K and PTO
• $65k-75K Based on experience

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
