Internship Details
The internship is comprised of a three-part rotational experience where Interns will work as a member of the Food and Beverage Leadership team. Thoughtfully developed, the internship rotations will include the following 3 key areas :
- Banquets and Events
- Member Dining including formal, casual, and pool dining
- The Golf Patio, alongside on-course food and beverage amenities
The experience will also include personalized one-on-one meetings with Clubhouse Manager and Assistant General Manager, finance review sessions, "shadow day" with the Leader of your choice, end-of-program Capstone project, attendance in club-wide Leadership meetings, Leadership training events and activities, resume review and interview preparation, time spent in Culinary, and more!
