Our client is an established family office headquartered in NYC. The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for multistate payroll and HR functions.
Responsibilities
$120,000-$125,000
Our client is an established family office headquartered in NYC. The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for multistate payroll and HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Process all payrolls on a weekly basis
- Review all timesheets and calculate payroll to include overtime
- Prepare 1099’s for multiple employers and entities
- Managing 401K’s including calculating and making contributions and processing loan repayments
- Review employment contracts
- Onboard new employees
- Benefits management including family medical leave
- Prepare NDA’s and assist with the offboarding process
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-8 years of payroll experience
- General accounting experience a plus
- Family office and household payroll experience a plus
- Experience with Paychex a plus
- Knowledge of Quicken accounting software
$120,000-$125,000
