Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and curriculum development tailored to the needs of the students.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive environment conducive to learning.
- Engage with children during activities, promoting social skills and encouraging participation.
- Help supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure safety and well-being.
- Provide support for special education needs, adapting lessons as necessary to meet diverse learning requirements.
- Foster literacy education through reading sessions and interactive storytelling.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and behavior management strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that promotes learning.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, private school, or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and special education practices is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of classroom dynamics and the ability to assist in creating an inclusive environment for all students.
- Experience in curriculum development or literacy education is a plus, enhancing the educational experience provided to students.
