Our client is searching for two Estimator/Project Managers to join their growing team. The successful candidates will manage projects from start to finish, overseeing both new construction and replacement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Handle project estimates, scope development, and coordination of resources.
- Work in the office, receiving projects and collaborating with the team
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and client communications
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to secure materials and resources.
- Projects are divided among estimators, so there is no need to self-generate leads.
Compensation:
- Starting salary of $60,000, with the potential to earn an additional $10,000 in OTE (on-target earnings).
