ASI serves as a trusted adviser to government leaders seeking improved performance, enhanced organization effectiveness, and strategic change and we are actively recruiting an Project Analyst / Consultant, Graphics to support the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Acquisition Program Management (APM) organization.
TSA’s mission is to “protect the nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce”. The APM organization has a portfolio of goods and services valued at nearly $1 billion annually, maintains over 16,000 security screening systems, and manages associated acquisition programs. This Project Analyst / Consultant, Graphics will directly support the Checkpoint Property Security Screening (CPSS) program, which is designated as a DHS Level 1 program. On a requested basis, this position will be asked to provide one-off support to other acquisition programs within APM.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Analyst / Consultant, Graphics will provide analytical, strategic, and operational support to enhance customer experience initiatives. This role involves project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communications & Graphic Design : Develop visual materials for CX program engaging graphics and materials for communications / marketing alignment with branding standards and messaging materials for both print and digital platforms.
- Project Management : Support project tracking, reporting, and and analyze project information to ensure alignment with project documentation and brief stakeholders on with internal and external stakeholders.
- Change Management : Apply change management principles to project communication and training and mitigate resistance to change management activities into project plans.
- Reporting & Data Analysis : Develop insights and performance metrics to optimize project and maintain key performance trends, risks, and opportunities for process recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Knowledge Management & SharePoint Support : Maintain knowledge repositories and enhance user permissions, content, and workflows in user-friendly tools to facilitate collaboration.
- Business Process Improvement : Support process documentation and workflow job aids, SOPs, and process opportunities for efficiency and automation.
